Feedback that explains itself.

Bopmigo is a feedback button for your website. Bug reports, change requests and ideas arrive with a screenshot, the page details and whatever was missing, because Bopmigo asks while they’re still there.

How it works

From “it’s broken” to a fix, without the back-and-forth.

01

It captures the moment.

Pressing Feedback grabs the page as it looks right now, plus the address, browser, screen size and release. Form fields are never captured, and people can hide anything private before sending.

02

It asks what’s missing.

If a report leaves out something important, Bopmigo asks a quick follow-up while the person is still there. Never a form, never a long chat. Give it hints per screen, like “on Checkout, ask about the payment method.”

What’s on your mind?
Payment failed.
Bopmigo asksWhich payment method did you use, and did you see an error message?
Apple Pay. It just spun, then closed.

03

It lands as a clear report.

Their words, the answer, the screenshot and every detail, in one inbox your whole team can work from. No more “which page were you on?”

Set a status and answer from the inbox. The person reads your reply in the same feedback window on your site, so the loop actually closes.

TeamFound it. Apple Pay was timing out on slower connections. Fixed in 2.18.1, try again?
Worked first time. Thanks!

Your rules

Open it when it matters.

Keep the corner button, or hide it and open Bopmigo from your own code: a help menu, a keyboard shortcut, or right after something goes wrong.

From your own button

Put “Report a problem” in your menu.

helpButton.onclick = () =>
  Bopmigo.open()

At the right moment

Ask while it’s fresh, with your own first line.

catch (err) {
  Bopmigo.open({
    type: 'problem',
    screen: 'Checkout',
    message: 'Payment didn’t go through. What happened?'
  })
}

Know who’s reporting

Attach the signed-in user and anything else useful.

Bopmigo.identify({ id, email, name })
Bopmigo.setContext({ plan: 'pro' })
Bopmigo.on('sent', report => { … })
Who it’s for

For anyone tired of guessing what “it doesn’t work” means.

Product teams

Testers and customers report from inside your app. You get the screenshot, the release and a real answer to “what did you expect?”

Studios & freelancers

Send clients the site. They press Feedback on the exact page they mean, so revisions stop arriving as scattered texts, screenshots and voice notes.

Indie makers

Beta testers write one line, Bopmigo fills the gap. You spend your evenings fixing, not decoding.

Install

Live on your site in five minutes.

Paste one line before your closing body tag. Using Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Framer or Google Tag Manager? Paste it into their custom code setting. Or send it to your developer from the dashboard in one click.

Questions

What exactly gets captured?

A screenshot of the visible page, the page address, browser, screen size, language, time zone and your release name if you set one. Password fields, text inputs and anything marked data-bopmigo-private are left out.

I’m not technical. Can I still set it up?

Yes. Most website builders have a “custom code” box in their settings. Paste the line there. You can also send the snippet to your developer straight from the dashboard.

Do the people reporting need an account?

No. They press Feedback, write what happened and send it. They can read your reply in the same window.

Will it slow my site down?

The script loads with defer and does nothing until someone opens feedback.

Do people have to answer Bopmigo’s questions?

No. Bopmigo only asks when something important is missing, and people can always skip.

What about mobile apps?

Web works today, including mobile browsers. React Native, Flutter and native SDKs are on the way.
