Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Bopmigo, a feedback tool made by Avara (“we”). By creating a workspace or using Bopmigo, you agree to them. If you use Bopmigo for a company, you agree for that company. Questions go to support@bopmigo.com.

Your workspace

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what teammates you invite do there.

Your content and your users

• Feedback, screenshots and other content in your workspace belong to you. You let us store and process it only to run Bopmigo for you.
• When you add Bopmigo to a website, you’re responsible for telling that site’s users about it in your own privacy notice, and for any extra details you attach to reports. Don’t use Bopmigo to collect passwords, payment card numbers, health records or similar sensitive information.

Fair use

Don’t use Bopmigo to break the law, send spam, harass people, collect data you have no right to collect, or interfere with Bopmigo or other customers. Don’t try to get around limits or security. We may suspend accounts that do.

Trials, plans and payment

• New workspaces get a 7-day free trial with no card needed. If you don’t choose a plan, your inbox pauses and your data is kept.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for each month or year and renew until cancelled. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
• Prices may change; we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects you.
• Payments aren’t refundable except where the law requires it.

The service

We work to keep Bopmigo available and your data safe, and we improve it over time, which can mean changing or removing features. Follow-up questions are written by AI and can be wrong; your team decides what to do with each report.

Ending

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, after a warning where reasonable. After closing, we delete workspace data as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

Bopmigo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we’ll update this page and the date above, and email workspace owners before they take effect.
