Feedback from TestFlight beta testers

Get complete bug reports from TestFlight testers, ask them a follow-up, and reply inside your app.

Short answer: add Bopmigo to your iPhone app. When a tester takes a screenshot, they’re offered “Report a problem?”, write one line, and you get the screen, build, device and a short answer to anything they left out. You can reply, and they see it in the app.

The problem with beta feedback

  • Testers write “it’s broken” and move on.
  • TestFlight feedback can’t be answered, so you never learn what they expected.
  • Reports arrive in App Store Connect, away from the rest of your team.

What changes with Bopmigo

  • Testers report in a few seconds, right after the screenshot they already took.
  • If something important is missing, they get a short question while they’re still looking at the problem.
  • Each report is summarized, and reports about the same thing are grouped.
  • You reply from your inbox, and testers see “The team replied” in the app.
