Better follow-up questions

Tell Bopmigo about your product and your screens, so the short follow-up asks about what matters to you.

When a report is missing something important, Bopmigo asks one short follow-up. You can tell it what matters in your product, so that question fits. Both settings are in Project settings.

What Bopmigo should know

A sentence or two about what people do in your product. For example: “People book cabins. Most problems are about dates and payment.”

What to ask on a specific screen

Name a screen and say what to ask about when a report from it is missing something. For example, screen Checkout: “Ask which payment method they used.”

The screen name must match the one your app or site sends. On websites, pass it when you open Feedback, like Bopmigo.open({ screen: 'Checkout' }). In iPhone apps, name the screen with .bopmigoScreen("Checkout").

These only shape the follow-up question. They never add anything to what the person said, and a complete report still sends without a question.
